Hi everyone! I hope you’ve been enjoying all the new items and get inspired to create. I have a project using a few of the new release items to create a fun scene card.

First, from the Puddle Jumpers set, I stamped out the large girl with the umbrella. I also stamped on the same image on Masking Paper to create a mask for it.

I split the card panel into two, the bottom for grass and the top for the stormy sky using distress inks. I used the Coming Up Daisies stencil for the fence right over the sky behind the girl. I also used the Rainy Day stencil for the rain. For this one, I used a baby wipe to pick up the color from the sky background.

Once I was done with the scene, I stamped out the sentiment using the Watermark ink and heat embossed it. I love the font of this sentiment. It’s so cute and really ties with the scene card.
